These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Member”, “Reseller”) and Hustle Media LTD, operator of Digital Success Academy (DSA).

By purchasing, accessing, promoting, or reselling DSA, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Hustle Media LTD is incorporated in England and Wales and governed under UK law.

2. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Digital Success Academy (DSA) is a digital marketing education program designed to teach:

  • Digital marketing strategy

  • Client acquisition

  • Online monetization systems

  • Offer creation & positioning

  • Ethical resale of the DSA program

DSA is available in:

  • English

  • French

  • Spanish

  • Portuguese

  • Arabic

  • Italian

  • German

All members receive lifetime access to available language versions and future content updates.

3. COACHING & SUPPORT LANGUAGE

While the training materials are available in multiple languages, live coaching, support calls, and strategic assistance are conducted primarily in:

  • English

  • French

Members acknowledge that real-time coaching may not be available in all listed languages.

4. ACCESS LICENSE

Access to DSA is:

  • Personal

  • Non-transferable

  • Non-exclusive

You agree not to:

  • Share login credentials

  • Operate multiple unauthorized accounts

  • Allow third-party access

Violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination without refund.

5. OFFICIAL PROGRAM PRICING

The official price of DSA is:

  • $497 USD (United States & USD-based markets)

  • €497 EUR (European & EUR-based markets)

No discounts, promotional pricing, or custom payment structures are authorized unless explicitly approved in writing by Hustle Media LTD.

6. AUTHORIZED RESALE STRUCTURE

Members are granted a limited resale license under strict compliance conditions.

There are only two authorized resale methods:

OPTION 1 — OFFICIAL AFFILIATE MODEL

Members may use official DSA affiliate links provided within the platform.

Under this structure:

  • Clients may pay in full or via installments (if available)

  • Tracking is handled by DSA systems

  • Member receives 85% commission

  • DSA retains 15%

The 15% covers:

  • Client onboarding

  • Coaching infrastructure

  • Platform hosting

  • Administrative support

  • Payment processing

  • Legal & compliance costs

  • Ongoing updates

Affiliate tracking ensures payment validation, including installment completion.

OPTION 2 — DIRECT SALE (ONE-TIME PAYMENT ONLY)

Members may sell DSA via their own landing page or checkout system only under the following strict conditions:

  1. The product must be sold at:

    • $497 USD (USD markets)

    • €497 EUR (EUR markets)

  2. Payment must be collected in ONE single payment only.

  3. Installment payments (2x, 3x, subscription, deferred payment, split payment) are strictly prohibited.

Reason for Installment Restriction

Hustle Media LTD cannot verify or track external installment payments.
If a buyer fails to complete future payments, DSA cannot confirm full payment.

Therefore:

Any direct sale offering installments constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

7. MANDATORY 15% REVENUE REMITTANCE (DIRECT SALES)

For every direct sale:

  • The reseller must remit 15% of the gross sale price immediately after each transaction.

  • Payment must be made through official DSA internal payment links.

Failure to remit the 15% share constitutes:

  • Contractual breach

  • Unauthorized enrichment

  • Fraudulent misrepresentation

DSA reserves the right to:

  • Suspend access

  • Revoke resale license

  • Pursue financial recovery

  • Initiate legal proceedings

8. ANTI-CIRCUMVENTION CLAUSE

Members agree not to:

  • Redirect buyers to alternative payment structures to avoid the 15% fee

  • Bundle DSA with other products to obscure pricing

  • Split payments externally to simulate installment models

  • Use third parties to mask transactions

Any attempt to circumvent DSA’s compensation structure will result in immediate and permanent removal and potential legal enforcement.

9. COMMISSION VALIDITY

Commissions are valid only if:

  • Full payment has been received

  • No chargeback occurs

  • The sale respects official pricing

  • The correct resale method is used

DSA reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions in cases of fraud, abuse, or dispute.

10. LIFETIME ACCESS

Members receive lifetime access to:

  • All current training materials

  • Future updates

  • Additional language releases

“Lifetime” refers to the operational lifespan of the DSA platform.

Access may be revoked in cases of violation.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION

All content, including:

  • Videos

  • Frameworks

  • Sales scripts

  • Marketing materials

  • Visual assets

Is protected under:

  • UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988

  • EU Directive 2001/29/EC

  • U.S. Copyright Act

Reproduction, imitation, adaptation, or inspired duplication is strictly prohibited.

12. NO REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of DSA:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds will be issued after access is granted

  • Users waive withdrawal rights where legally permitted

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

DSA provides educational services only.

We do not guarantee:

  • Specific income levels

  • Financial success

  • Business outcomes

Results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and execution.

14. TERMINATION RIGHTS

Hustle Media LTD reserves the right to terminate any account for:

  • Pricing violations

  • Installment violations

  • Failure to remit 15%

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Intellectual property infringement

  • Community misconduct

Termination may occur without notice or refund.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of London, United Kingdom.
